- 中文摘要: The thirteen crosses between dwarf mutant and cultivated rice are used in thisstudy. The experimental results may be sumarized as follows:1. Generally dominance was toward earlier maturity, taller plant stature, higher panicle number, longer panicles, heavier panicle weight, and larger number of spikelets per panicle. The parents carrying dominant genes also differed in level of dominance showing unequal strength of dominance effects.2. Plant height and sowing-to-heading period, plant height and panicle length, panicle length and heading date, panicle length and panicle number were posi- tively correlated, while plant height and panicle number, panicle length and panicle number were negatively correlated showing a variable pattern.3. A lack of independent segregation of two characters (plant height and panicle length) were detected in the four crosses of population. The value of recombination in the coupling phase between short culm and short panicle length is estimated at the ranges of 7.62 to 30.90% in the four crosses.4. The hertitability estimates were high for seeding-to-heading period and plant height, moderately high for panicle length and wide of flag leaf, moderately low for panicle weight, sterility, and length of flag leaf, the lowest for grain yield per plant, spikelet number per panicle and panicle number.
