- 英文摘要: A mathematical model with an analytical solution for the phenol removal from a dilute solution by dispersed liquid membranes is developed for a batch process to describe the phenomena of phenol diffusion from external bulk solution through liquid membrane into internal droplet. In the model Sauter mean diameter of globules is used. Chemical equilibrium is assumed and film resistances are considered at membrane external and internal interphases. All parameters of the model can be determined before a phenol removal experiment, and the phenol removal rate can be predicted theoretically. Model with or without the consideration of film resistances are compared with experimental data. Results indicate that the model considering the film resistances gives the best representation of the experimental data.
