單接面電晶體振盪器溫度補償技術

工業控制系統中常用到單接面電晶體弛張振盪器,本文提供溫度補償的設計方怯。現有各種不同的設計方法,均在文中論及並歸納。並得到一個正確的設計程序和方法。應用此技術,可將振盪穩定度在攝氏一百度溫度變動下,改善約3×10 倍、理論計算值與實驗紀錄值極相符合。

This paper provides some technology for designing a temperature-compensated UJT relaxation oscil-lator which is widely used in industrial control systems. The correlation between different design methodsis studied and conclusions are made. A design approach that can be applied to different types of UJT de-vices has been developed, and the technique can improve the oscillation stability of an order of 3×10 for100℃ deviation. Experiment results matched well with the related theory.
