- 中文摘要: 本文報告一個會對小兒麻 病毒產生抗體之人類融合瘤之樹立。此融合瘤係以Raji細胞,經8-azaguanine誘發抗性變種,並證實對HAT選擇培養基敏感後再與免疫過之人血液淋巴球融合而得。此融合瘤經培養一年以上後仍可測得對抗小兒麻 病毒第三型之中和抗體。此抗體與此病毒第二型有交叉反應。分析此融合瘤之染色體分佈主要在80至100之間。 以點狀免疫分析此融合瘤培養上清,可證實與小兒麻 病毒第三型有較強反應,與第二型亦有些微作用。
- 英文摘要: A human-human hybridoma which produced antibodies to Sabin strain poliovirus types 3 and 2was established. This hybridoma was constructed by fusing a HAT-sensitive variant of a human lympho-blastoid subline R4-4-6 with peripheral blood lymphocytes of a donor who had been previously immunizedwith poliovirus Sabin vaccines and had shown high titer of neutralizing antibodies against these viruses.This hybridoma had been cultured for more than one year and the neutralizing activities of the culturesupernatants against poliovirus type 3 could still be detected. Cross neutralization with poliovirus type 2was also observed. Karyotypic analyses of this hybrid showed that the chromosome numbers were dis-tributed mainly between 80 and 100. Dot immunobinding assays also confirmed the reactivities of this hybridoma supernatants withpoliovirus type 3 and, slightly, with type 2.
