- 中文摘要: 四個不同特性大豆品種,於1977年秋作及1978年春作播種田問,分別於開花期及莢充實期進行不同程度之去葉片及果莢處理,以調查光合產物始源大小對其產量之影響。 秋作去葉顯然減少產量構成要素,包括一株莢數、一株種子數、一株種子重及百粒重。去葉愈多,影響愈大。但春作晚熟品種,無論有限型或無限型,部份切除葉片,可以促進產量之增加,特別是叫株莢數及種子數。 春作或秋作在果莢充實期去除果莢1/2或1/3,結果除可增加百粒重外,對一株莢數、種子數及種子重均有減少現象。同一期作早熟品種較晚熟品種減少比率為大。 秋作同時進行切葉、切莢處理,不但不提高產量構成要素,反而減少其特性表現;春作,晚熟品種,部份切除葉片及果莢可以增加其產量成分,特別是一株種子數,但增加的程度不及單獨去葉為大。同時各性狀對去葉、去莢處理以開花期校莢充實期為敏感,並顯示各性狀增加或減少程度似乎主要受去葉影響所支配。 試驗結果顯示,大豆開花期問葉片生長勢為控制子實生產之主要因子,而生殖器官之問營養分之競爭大小似乎不及光合產物始源大小為重要。
- 英文摘要: The field experiments were conducted tostudy the effects of removing leaves and/or podsat flowering and pod-filling stage on grain yieldsin soybean grown in autumn season of 1977 andspring season of 1978. Two varieties of inde-terminate type and two of determinate typewere used. In autumn crop and early varieties in springcrop, defoliation caused reduction in all measuresof yield, including pod number per plant, seednumber per plant, seed weight per plant and100-grain weight. Yield loss was proportionalto the percentage of leaf area removed. How-ever, partial defoliation caused yield increase inlate-maturing varieties from both types of soy-bean grown in spring season. Partial depoddingreduced yield and resulted in slightly increasing100-grain weight, yet the increases due to grainweight were not enough to balance the yieldloss. Partial defoliation and depodding treat-ments resulted in greater yield reduction, exceptlate-maturing varieties grown in spring season.The yield response to partial defoliation anddepodding treatment were greater at floweringstage than that at pod-filling stage. All resultsindicated that the yield responses seemed to bemainly controlled by leaf area. In other word,the growth potential of vegetative organs ofsoybean is more important than the partition ofassimilates between vegetative and reproductiveorgans in controlling grain yield in soybean.
