- 中文摘要: 本文旨在利用海藻酸鈣膠體,製備麩胺酸生產菌Brevibacterium ammoniagenes之固定化休止細胞,以進行麩胺酸生產,並由定性方面探討內部與外部質量傳遞阻力對其麩胺酸合成反應動力之影響。結果為:固定化細胞之麩胺酸產率約僅為游離細胞之42%,但卻具較佳之貯存安定性。而其生合成反應動力以及操作安定性全取決於氧氣傳遞速率之大小,並深受固定化細胞粒子內部質量傳遞阻力的影響。
- 英文摘要: Resting cells of Brevibacterium ammoniagenes NTU-1, an oleate-requiring auxotroph, were immo-bilized in calcium alginate gels for L-glutamate production. The specific productivity of resting cells afterimmobilization is only 42% that of free resting cells. However, immobilized cells demonstrate betterstorage stability than free cells. External and internal mass transfer resistances are also discussed qualita-tively. The oxygen transfer rate of the immobilized cell system shows a serious effect on both reactionkinetics and operational stability.
