- 中文摘要: 本文建立具有圖形資料及屬性資料的配電資料庫,並且應用於配電系統故障復電之處理,亦發展完成支援各種不同之電力設備在配電圖資系統的管理。設備管理之應用可透過本系統之查詢及統計來完成。當配電系統故障發生,首先有效確認故障並顯示於螢幕上,根據操作員之經驗配合啟示性搜尋來決定其負載轉供的操作步驟,於復電過程中之訊息亦提供操作員確認其是否為適當之開關操作。並且以台電實際配電系統加以測試,其結果能確實有效的管理配電設備及提高負載轉供時的時效。
- 英文摘要: In this study, an AM/FM database of a distribution system relational has been developed in thegeographical information system (GIS). Both the graphic and the attribute data of transformers, switches,feeders and key customers are created in the GIS database. A network connectivity trace subroutine hasbeen developed to support various application functions for facility management. The facility maintenancesystem can also be fulfilled by performing facility inquiry and statistic analysis on the AM/FM system. Should a system fault occur, the fault point can be identified effectively and displayed geographically.After the faulted region has been isolated, the dispatcher's operation experience based on a heuristic searchmethod is applied to decide on the service restoration plan. The corresponding message will be showngeographically to remind the operators to confirm the proposed proper switching operation. It is concludedthat the automated distribution system can be enhanced by integration of the AM/FM systems with theservice restoration routine to improve power system reliability and operation efficiency.
