- 中文摘要: 我們使用特徵法獲得一個變壓吸附程序之回收率的解析解。屬於混合式非線性等溫線的extended Langmuir iso-therm被用來描述吸附劑與吸附物質的平衡關係。所研究的系統乃是以5A沸石為吸附劑分離空氣製造純氧的變壓吸附程序。此程序包含四個步驟,分別為產物加壓、產氣、排氣、及沖洗,並假設區域平衡模式、吸附塔完全被利用、及完全沖洗。將特徵法所計算的結果和Kayser and Knaebel (1986)的實驗數據作比較,兩者相當的吻合。除此之外,對於高低壓力比(方程式無法摘錄)及進料組成對回收率的影響亦加以探討。
- 英文摘要: An analytical solution for the product recovery of a simple pressure swing adsorption (PSA) processwith extended Langmuir isotherm was obtained by the method of characteristics. The PSA process producespure oxygen through air separation and the use of 5A zeolite as the adsorbent. Four steps of productpressurization, feed, countercurrent blowdown, and purge are included in this process. Besides theassumption of the local equilibrium model, to simplify the derivation of the analytical solution, completeutilization of the adsorber and complete purge are also assumed. This analytical solution was comparedwith the experimental data of Kayser and Knaebel (1986) and reasonable agreements were found. Inaddition, under the influence of the extended Langmuir isotherm, the effects of the pressure ratio, PH/‵, and feed composition on the recovery of this equilibrium-based PSA process were also studied.
