- 中文摘要: 本篇論文報導作者在1980年以後,研究電子貫穿凝體之統計性質的結果。研究課題以電子穿透薄膜後的能量耗 損離散及路徑離散?主。本研究之理論主體,係建立在遷移方程式,及彈性與非彈性碰撞的微分反平均自由行程。 而多種數學方法,則廣被利用以求解遷移方程式。本文之計算,多根據基本定理及模式。
- 英文摘要: This review covers progress made in our work on stochastic properties of electron penetration in condensed media. It deals mainly with stragglings on the energy loss and the pathlength for an electron passing through a foil of uniform thickness. Theoretical formulations for electron penetration are based on the transport equation in various forms and differential inverse mean free paths for elastic and inelastic interactions. Different approaches for the solutions of the transport equation are discussed. Calculations are made based on first principles and models.
