• 中文摘要： 本文提供一二維時域參數集結模式，可數值預測一單點錨碇之柱型浮標在海中運動之動態反應。數值模式中假設錨碇不動，且考慮繫纜在海床上運動型態之計算。數值計算之項目包括繫纜張力，浮標與繫纜之運動等。並以一臺灣沿岸使用之商業化警示浮標為計算範例。
• 英文摘要： A two-dimensional time-domain lumped parameter model for predicting the dynamic responsesof a small spar buoy with a single point mooring in an ocean environment is presented. Tether interactionswith the ocean floor are considered with a fixed anchor. Numerical analysis consists of determining thetether tensions and the motions of buoy and tether. Computational illustrations are based on a commercialaid to navigation buoy used in the coastal areas of Taiwan.
