- 中文摘要: 本文旨在探討颱風內部軸心區之動量垂直傳遞,進而推論其對颱風移行軌道之影響。 三維之飛行穿越(颱風)實測多層平面風場資料,獲自於美國國家颶風研究實驗室(NHRL)。計算之過程是先行將平面風場資料利用運動法求取各層面之垂直速度場,各層面垂直傳遞之全動量可分為兩部分求取之:一部分是經由平均運動傳遞之動量;另一部分則由渦流(eddy)運動傳遞之動量。此二部份求得後,再予相加,即可得穿越各層面垂直傳遞之全動量;而後再將每兩層面之全動量相減,即可得該兩層面間動量之淨餘量。然而動量之時間變率即是作用於颱風之曳(或阻)力,故可據之以研究其對颱風運動軌跡之影響。本研究所得之結果與推論者甚相符合。
- 英文摘要: The proposed investigation treats with a numerical study of the vertical transport of momentum ofthe inner-core region of a typhoon vortex and therewith to infer its influence on the moving track of thattyphoon vortex. Three-dimensional flight penetration horizontal wind measurement data of the inner-core of typho-on vortex was obtained from NOAA-NHRL. The prerequisite calculations are to obtain the vertical veloci-ty fields by using the kinematic method. The main calculation of the total vertical transport of momentumthrough each level includes the calculation of the transport by the mean motion, and that by vertical eddyprocess. Summing up these two parts of the vertically transported momenta of each level, and subtractingthe total transported momentum of the upper level from the lower level, we obtain the net remainder ofthe momentum within that layer. Since the time rate of change of momentum is the drag force acting onthat layer, so the moving track of the typhoon vortex can be inferred from the calculation of the verticallytransported momentum from the surface boundary layer. Our results agree quite well with this assertion.
