- 中文摘要: 本實驗即利用大白鼠研究下視丘腹中部及側部合併破壞對燮向逃避學習之影響。動物共分四組:正常對照組,下視丘腹中部破壞組,下視丘側部破壞組,及腹中部與側部台併破壞組。實驗均於穿梭籠內進行,每天訓練二十次,連續八天,並記錄其非條件反應及條件反應的次數。結果顯示,腹中部破壞組其雙向逃避學習優於對照組;側部破壞組則次於對照組;二者合併破壞組仍然次於對照組。由此實驗結果明確顯示下視丘側部與逃避學習有密切關係。不過本實驗僅指出側部在學習之重要性,尚不能決定側部是惟一的學習機轉,抑是有關學習之神經徑路中之轉運站。
- 英文摘要: Sprague-Dawley strain of albino male rats were used in this study.Thirty-two animals were assigned to 4 groups: normal control, VMH lesioned,LH losioned, and LH+VMH lesioned. All experiments of shock avoidancewere carried out in a shuttle box, 20 trials per day, for eight consecutivedays. VMH lesioned rats performed active avoidance superior to the normalones; while LH lesioned, and LH+VMH lesioned groups performed notas goocl as normal rats. The result indicates that the LH area is animportant neural mechanism for active avoidance learning.
