- 中文摘要: 白絹病菌所分泌的兩種酵素,磷脂分解酵素(B型)和蛋白分解酵素,經過硫酸氨分割和纖維素色層分析法加以純化。當使用單獨的或組合的純化酵素去處理馬鈴薯組織時,發現這兩種酵素,既不能使馬鈴薯組織軟化又不能使組織內的細胞死亡。可是利用這些純化酵素去處理馬鈴薯原生質體(Protoplasts)時,卻發現不論單獨的或組合的酵素都具有破壞原生質體的能力;而且兩種酵素組合去處理時,原生質體被破壞率顯著的增高。本實驗證明了,磷脂分解酵素和蛋白分解酵素跟植物發病過程有極密切的關係。
- 英文摘要: Two extracellular enzymes-phosphatidase B and protease-produced by Sclero-tium rolfsii were purified by ammonium sulfate fractionation and DEAE cellulosecolumn chromatography. Purified phosphatidase B and protease or a combinationof these enzymes were unable to macerate potato discs. No cellular death wasevident when these two enzymes were reacted with potato tissues. However, bothpurified phosphatidase B and protease caused isolated protoplasts to burst. Whenphosphatidase B and protease were combined in a reaction mixture, there was adecrease in the percent survival of potato protoplasts as compared to when theseenzymes were used singly in a reaction mixture. The fact that both purifed phos-phatidase B and protease casused bursting of potato protoplasts suggests that theseenzymes may play a role in disease development.
