- 中文摘要: 本研究之目的乃探討觸媒退化影響下等溫固定床反應器之階梯式溫度設定點最適化問題。所謂階梯式溫度控制乃吾人間歇式地調整溫度設定點以補償因為觸媒退化所造成的轉化率下降。此最適階梯式控制問題為一多變數最適化問題。研究結果證實最適階梯式控制策略為轉化率漸升之策略,而最適連續式控制策略則為轉化率不變之策略。反應器之效能在階梯式控制下隨控制次數之增加而增加,而連續式控制事實上係一個具無限控制次數之階梯式控制。工業界普遍採用階梯式控制策略,主要是因為觸媒退化緩慢且當控制次數夠大時,階梯式控制與連續式控制二者不相上下。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study is to investigate the stepwise temperature set-point optimization for isothermal fixed-bed reactors with catalyst deactivation. The stepwise temperature control adjusts the set-point temperature intermittently to compensate for the decrease in conversion due to catalyst decay. The optimal stepwise control policy can be found by multivariable optimization. The resulting stepwise control is an increasing conversion policy, while the continuous control is a constant conversion policy. The reactor performance in stepwise control improves as the number of control steps increases. The stepwise control has the advantage of being widely used in industrial practice due to slow nature of catalyst deactivation.
