水稻花藥培養時小孢子分裂的型式

水稻花藥培養時中期單核的小抱子首先分裂成大小及形態相同的兩個細胞核,或大小及形態均不同的一個生殖細胞及一個營養細胞。在前一種情形中,兩個相同的細胞核均可繼續分裂,形成多細胞的小抱子。在後一種情形中,小抱子的發育又可分為三種型式:(1)生殖細胞退化,營養細胞繼續分裂;(2)營養細胞退化,生殖細包繼續分裂;或(3)兩者均可繼續分裂,共同形成多細胞的小抱子。

When anthers of rice (Oryza sativa L., 2n=24) containing mid-uninucleate microspores were cul-tured on a modified Murashige and Skoog's basal medium supplemented with 4 mg/1 α-naphthaleneaceticacid and 2mg/ 1 kinetin, the first division of the microspores gave rise to two similar nuclei or a large vegetativeand a small generative cell. In the first type of microspores, the two similar nuclei divided independentlyand both contributed to the formation of multicellular units. In microspores in which the products of thefirst division differentiated into a vegetative and a generative cell, continued division of one of these cells orof both cells resulted in three different pathways to the formation of multicellular units.
