然有強烈之乙醯膽鹼?存在,顯示神經節細胞能製造此?以維持其所需要最低限度之量。1 - 英文摘要: The superior cervical ganglia of male hamsters treated with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) ortyramine and those of untreated control animals were studied by biochemical and ultrahistochemicalenzyme techniques. The acctylcholinesterase (AChE) was markedly decreased in the superior cervicalganglia treated with 6-OHDA, whereas it was increased markedly in the ganglia from animals which receivedtyramine. Ultrastructurally, the AChE activity in the superior cervical ganglia treated with 6-OHDA wasreduced and only a weak enzyme reaction product remained in the rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum,in the perinuclear space, and on the plasma membranes of the neurons. After the sympathetic nerves havebeen stimulated by tyramine, the AChE activity located in the rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum andon the plasma membranes of the neurons was decreased, while it was markedly increased in the unmyeli-nated nerve fibers. Based on these results, together with those of the previous studies, we suggest that theacetylcholine and the AChE were released into the postganglionic unmyelinated adrenergic nerve fibersfrom the neurons, and then they were transmitted into the pineal glands. Following treatment with 6-OHDA or tyramine, strong AChE activity remained in the Golgi complex of the neurons suggesting thatthey will produce AChE and maintain the normal storage within the neurons.
