- 中文摘要: 創造力的培養在知識經濟時代備受重視,國內的各級學校都鼓勵學生創新創意,而且視為重要課程目標。本研究探討在創新創意課程中,教師要求產出創新創意作品,對修課學生的學習效果,並且建立模式以找出影響學習成效的創新創意任務特性。資料的搜集使用問卷調查法,共有146位接受完整課程訓練,並產出創意作品的學生參與。資料的分析使用多元迴歸,來檢定研究模式及假說。研究結果顯示:(1)要求學生產出創新創意作品對於學習效果有所裨益;(2)影響學習效果最重要的二個任務特性為任務─專業適配度以及任務清晰度;(3)事後分析顯示創新作品型態與性別扮演重要任務特性影響學習效果的重要調節變數。研究貢獻主要有二方面:(1)對理論貢獻為透過任務觀點來瞭解學生在專案中的學習效果;以及(2)對教學實務貢獻為提供教師指導學生的建議,像是指導學生的專題競賽或科展比賽的創意性專案。
- 英文摘要: It is getting more important to cultivate creativity in modern knowledge-based economic society. Both higher and elementary education in Taiwan, students are encouraged to bring innovation and creativity into full play as the objectives of courses. This research investigates the learning effects that teachers require students conducting innovative projects in the course of innovation and creativity. A research model underlying task characteristics was developed to understand student’s learning effects. Empirical data were collected from 146 students who were instructed completely and requested to accomplish an innovative and creative work. Multiple regression technique is employed to test research model and hypotheses. The primary findings include that (1) students are benefited from conducting innovative project, (2) task-profession fit and task clarity are two critical task characteristics influencing learning effectiveness, and (3) a post-hoc analysis shows that gender and task type are important moderators intervening the relationships between task characteristics and learning effectiveness.
