• 中文摘要： 本文將單參數調諧控制策略,應用於非線性之聚氯乙烯懸浮反應系統,此系統之數學模式為一階常微分與偏微分方程式組。從模擬的結果得知,對於此單輸入單輸出之PVC溫度控制系統,其混合槽之冷卻水溫度,須維持在適當的溫度下,才能達到良好的溫度控制效果。在適應控制架構下,其OPT控制方式,能夠將反應後期之最大反應熱去除,使保持反應槽內之恆定溫度。但在固定式控制架構下,其OPT只能在無干擾的情況下,才有良好的控制效果。最後,本文亦討論本反應系統在適應PID控制與OPT方法之成效。
• 英文摘要： The one parameter tuning control strategies are applied to evaluate a realistic nonlinear mathematical model, which contains a set of first order ordinary and partial differential equations, of a suspension polyvinyl chloride reactor. From the simulated results, we observe that the inlet temperature of cold water in the mixing tank is an important manipulated factor and has to be kept in a low range for this single-input single-output reactor control system. The adaptive OPT control scheme proves to be robust and give excellent control of the temperature in the PVC reactor by manipulating the heat removal rate from the reactor jacket. However, the fixed control scheme performs well for load-free system only. In comparison, the adaptive PID controller is also used to evaluate the performance for this reactor.
