- 英文摘要: The one parameter tuning control strategies are applied to evaluate a realistic nonlinear mathematical model, which contains a set of first order ordinary and partial differential equations, of a suspension polyvinyl chloride reactor. From the simulated results, we observe that the inlet temperature of cold water in the mixing tank is an important manipulated factor and has to be kept in a low range for this single-input single-output reactor control system. The adaptive OPT control scheme proves to be robust and give excellent control of the temperature in the PVC reactor by manipulating the heat removal rate from the reactor jacket. However, the fixed control scheme performs well for load-free system only. In comparison, the adaptive PID controller is also used to evaluate the performance for this reactor.
