• 中文摘要： The study is to investigate the Possibility of coconut water as a constituent ofsemen dilution which is to be used in distant areas. The experiment results are as foliows. 1. in refrigerater, the best result was obtained from that the bovine semen wasdiluted with 15 cc coconut water (3%) 80 cc Sodium citrate, 5 cc egg yolk and antib-iotic. The motility of bovine sperm maintained at 50% after 8 days of conservation. 2. At room temperature, egg yolk was reduced to below 1% with 14 cc coconutwater and 85 cc sodium citrete. Such additives as catalase and mycostatin wasfound necessary. Sodium citrete with 2,9% is better than that with 2,16% The moti-lity maintained 50% after 4 days of conservation. 3. Coception rate of C. M. E. Stored at room temperatures for 0-3 day oldsperm reached 50%.
