• 中文摘要： 配位子交?層析已被用來作消旋性DL-天門冬胺酸與DL-丙胺酸之直接分離研究。我們已證明，對分離作 用或其他分析的目的而言，鋅二價離子較銅二價離子較?有利。天門冬胺酸鏡像異構物之分離解析度通常頗佳而丙 胺酸鏡像異構物則較差。利用金屬離子類型，金屬離子濃度，水分子，胺基酸分子結構與在膠體面上之胺基酸-銅 二價離子複合物的穩定性等效應，許多胺基酸的洗沖次序巳被合理化。在我們的例子中分離胺基酸鏡像異構物時， 胺基酸分子結構的扭曲應該是一個重要的因素，但此點尚須更進一步的檢視。L-丙胺酸，Pseudomonas dacunhae 細菌對DL -天門冬胺酸之主要代謝物，可以非旋光性0.25 mM鋅二價離子水溶液分析。胺基酸鏡相異構物之分析可 應用在微量程度，又具有迅速與方便之特徵。
• 英文摘要： Direct separation of racemic DL-aspartic acid and DL-alanine has been studied by using ligand exchange chromatography. We have shown that the Zn2+ ion has more advantages than the Cu2+ion for separation or other analytical purposes. Usually, the resolution is good for DL-aspartic acid enantiomers but not for DL-alanine enantiomers. The elution order of numerous amino acids has been rationalized with the effects of metal ion type, metal ion concentration, water, the molecular structure of amino acid, and the stability of the Cu2+ complex on the gel surface. Molecular distortion of the amino acid structure should be one important factor for separating the DL-amino acid enantiomers in our case but needs further investigation. L-alanine, a primary metabolite of Pseudomonas dacunhae, from DL-Aspartic acid, was analyzed with achiral aqueous 0.25 mM Zn2+ solution. The application to amino acid analysis can be at trace level, which is also characterized as fast and convenient.
