- 中文摘要: 由測量外接電容之崩潰電壓與放電電流,可直接求解系統之電路方程式,而得擬火花放電(Pseudospark)之放電電阻與放電電壓電阻性及電抗性成份之時間變化特性。在0.01 Torr壓力下,測得峰值放電電流約96A,最低之放電電阻約11 。系統放電特性可分為:初期(Initial stage),半穩期(Quasi-stationary stage),及回復期(Relaxation stage)三個期間。由實驗結果,半穩期發生在峰值電流附近,其持續時間約2~3μs。在不同壓力下之實驗結果在本文中提出,並加以比較分析。
- 英文摘要: The time-dependent characteristics of a pseudospark discharge in a vacuum chamber, including theresistance and the registive and inductive components of the pseudospark voltage, are obtained by solvingthe equivalent circuit equation using the measured values of the discharge current and breakdown voltage.The minimum resistance, at peak discharge current 96 A,for gas pressure p=0.01 Torr is found to beabout 11 . These pseudospark discharges can also be characterized by tnree stages: initial stage,quasi-stationary stage, and relaxation stage. The quasi-stationary occurs near the time of the currentmaximum with a duration of about 2 - 3 μs. Details of the current-voltage characteristics and the resistanceare presented, and are also compared with the results of a spark discharge.
