- 中文摘要: 擬古在中國文學史上,原是個普遍的現象。不過到明代以李夢陽為首的擬古派手裡,無論在當時或後代,都產生相當大的爭議。一般的解釋是明代擬古派所作的為形式模擬,高者不過古人影子,下者已有抄襲剽竊之嫌。這種解釋看似正確,其實仍有疏漏。細檢明代擬古派所提出的文學主張,實在隱存多重困境在內,非只剽竊抄襲、古人影子數語可以盡括。因而本文嘗試從明代擬古派所提的理論及實踐中,產生的矛盾及困境來討論,希望能藉此更清楚瞭解,明代擬古派所提文學主張,終歸失敗的原因。
- 英文摘要: Mimicry is prevalent throughout the history of Chinese literature; however, a major con-troversy occurred when Li Mong-young became the master of mimicry during the Ming dynasty.Previous scholars have described Ming Mimicry as merely pattern imitation-at best a shadowof preceding literature, at worst an act of duplication. For a better understanding of the causesfor the failure of Ming Mimicry, I attempt to show why this explanation is deficient, since acloser examination of Ming Mimicry theory reveals the difficulties which existed in this writingstyle.
