- 中文摘要: 以茶〔11〕為出發原料,用十一步非縮環法(見圖一),可成功的合成蒼松類倍半 萃之關鍵中問體:順、反-1-甲烯基-10-甲基-6-十氫荼酮〔8〕,〔9〕,反式中間體可合成各蒼松類化合物(如化合物〔2〕至〔7〕等),在此合成途徑中,一些化性、物性均被證明探討。總產率為1%。
- 英文摘要: Cis and trans-l-methylene-10-methyl-6-decalone [8], [9], the key intermediates ofprecursor for synthesis of eudesmane class ofsesquiterpenes, were successfully synthesized withnonannelation method in eleven steps from thestarting material naphthalene [11] (See Fig. 1).The key intermediate of trans-isomer can be usedto prepare other natural products of eudesmaneclass (Such as compounds [2] to [7]). In thissynthetic course, some chemical and physicalproperties were also proved and discussed. Thetotal yield is 1%.
