- 中文摘要: 本文提出兩種計算電力系統可靠度的方法。其一為利用發電機之故障表,另一為使用等效負載法。文中對於一個具有47個發電機的電力系統分別使用這兩種方法來求其發電系統的可靠度。研究結果發現,利用故障表的方法所得結果甚為準確,其所需的計算時間亦較短。
- 英文摘要: Two approaches for the calculation of the loss-of-load probability (LOLP) of electric power systemsare proposed in this paper. One is the method using the capacity outage table of generators, and the otheris the so-called effective-load approach. Loss-of-load probability, which is the reliability index usually em-ployed in power generation system reliability analysis, of a sample power system consisting of 47 generatorsis evaluated by using the proposed methods. Results show that the approach employing the capacity out-age table can yield a fairly accurate reliability index and requires less computational time than the effective-load method. It is suggested that the capacity outage table approach can be employed as an effective meansof calculating the LOLP of an electric power system.
