- 中文摘要: 本論文研發一應用於蜂巢式行動電話手機中之小體積、高效率功率放大器模組。利用混合式微波積體電路的設計方式、及class-F電路組態,同時達成高輸出功率及高效率。功率放大器的最佳負載阻抗是採用負載拖曳法量測。本放大器模組的功率加值效率可達66%,與理想的負載線分析法比較非常吻合,證實本模組為高水準之設計。
- 英文摘要: A compact, low voltage, and high efficiency power amplifier module with applications for cellularmobile phones was fabricated. The technology of a hybrid MIC on a high dielectric constant substratewas adopted. The class-F circuit configuration was used to achieve both high power and high efficiency.The optimum load impedance was found by using the load-pull method. With substantial design in thematching network and second harmonic suppression, power-added efficiency (PAE) of up to 66% at 1-dB compression point is achieved.
