- 中文摘要: 本研究探討Ti6A14V及Superdux 65不鏽鋼分別在927°C及985°C溫度下於及CO混合氣氛環境中的氧化反應行為。結果發現Ti6A14V的氧化層結構具有多層形態,由氧化層表面向內分別可得(第一層),(第二層),層狀組織及α Ti;而Superdux 65不鏽鋼的表面氧化生成物則包含有,及。在Ti6A14V氧化層中可發現碳元素的聚集分佈現象,而Superdux 65不鏽鋼的氧化層中則無上述現象產生。Superdux 65不鏽鋼表面生成一層薄的氧化層,此與Ti6A14V具有厚且多層結構的氧化層大不相同,Ti6A14V及Superdux 65合金的氧化動力學關係分別屬於拋物線及線性關係。
- 英文摘要: The oxidation of Ti6A14V and Superdux 65 stainless steel in a mixture gas of and CO hasbeen studied at 927°C and 985°C, respectively. The oxide scale for Ti6A14V revealed a multilayer profile.From the surface to the interior, the oxide scale was sequentially composed of layers of rutile (first),rutile (second), lamellar phase and a band of α Ti. The surface products for Superdux 65 wereand. A higher concentration of the carbon element could be found in the oxidescale of Ti6A14V. However, the oxide scale of Superdux 65 had no obvious accumulation of the carbonelement. Superdux 65 formed a thin oxide scale, which was different from the thick stratified scales ofTi6A14V. The oxidation kinetics of the Ti6A14V and Superdux 65 alloys are the parabolic law and thelinear relationship, respectively.
