- 中文摘要: 研究不同性別大白鼠、小老鼠及家?之肝??麴毒素B1還原酵素之活性,發現只有大白鼠表現出明顯的性別差異,雄鼠之肝臟酵素活性約?雌鼠之1.26倍。由雄大白鼠器官之酵素活性分佈情形之觀察,發現除了腦以外,脾、腎、小腸、直 腸及胃皆較肝?具有更高之?麴毒素B1還原酵素活性。若將雌雄大白鼠分?數組,割除性腺後,各皮下注射睪丸酮或雌素二醇,每週二次,持續二個月,然後測量肝?之酵素活性,發現經睪丸酮處理之老鼠,肝??麴毒素還原酵素之活性顯 著提高,經雌素二醇處理之老鼠,其肝?酵素活性則會降低。
- 英文摘要: Aflatoxin Bi reductase activity has been investigated in the livers of adult rats, mice, and rabbits of both sexes. The sex difference in the level of AFB1 reductase activity was more discernible in rats than in mice and rabbits. The liver enzyme activity in male rats is approximately 1.26 times that of females. Tissue distribution studies in the male rat demonstrated higher AFB1 reductase activity in spleen, kidney, small intestine, colon, and stomach than in the liver; only the brain was less active. Both male and female gonadectomized rats given testosterone subcutaneously (1.5 mg per 100 g body weight) twice weekly for two months showed considerable elevation of the level of enzyme activity, whereas those rats given 17β-estradiol (0.25 mg per 100 g body weight) exhibited a decrease in the level of enzyme activity.
