顯著的促進作用。γ射線對小白鼠胸腺及肝內這二種?的活性亦有提升作用。尤其是對其骨髓及
脾內的酸性及鹼性磷酸酯解?的活性有極為顯著的促進作用。這些?活性的改變,大多在輻射後
33天內恢復正常,於 - 英文摘要: In this research, a total of 240 male ICRstrain mice (15-21 gm) was chosen anddivided into four groups: Group A was thecontrol, Groups B, C and D were treatedwith 100, 250 and 500 rads of γ-ray irradi-ation respectively. The effects of γ-rayirradiation on the activities of acid and alkalinephosphatase in serum, WBC and some organswere studied. The results of this study revealed thatCo60-γ irradiation inhibited the activities ofserum acid phosphatase of the mice. Itpromoted the activities of acid and alkalinephosphatase in leukocytes insignificantly(p>0.05). The results also revealed that theγ-rays enhanced the activities of acid andalkaline phosphatase in liver and thymus.Especially, the γ-irradiation played a verysiginficant (p<0.01) enhancement on theactivities of acid and alkaline phosphatase inbone marrow and spleen of the mice.However, most of the changes in acitvity ofthese two enzymes recovered within day 33post-irradiation.
