- 中文摘要: 以不同比例之Sr+2,Ca+2,Sn+4,Zr+4, S1+4,離子分別取代欽酸鋇中之Ba+2離子與T1+4離子,側試離子替代後之介電常數與介質損失之溫度關係。在替位過程中Sr+2,Sn+4與Zr+4離子具有偏移之作用,可使鈦酸鋇之居里溫度隨所加之雜質摩爾比而向低溫處移動,其原因為此等離子之取代使總極化與體積比減少。而Ca+2與S1+4離子之取代具有抑制之作用,可使鈦酸鋇之介電常數在居里溫度附近之尖岑值減少,因為Ca+2及S1+4離子之取代形成順電性,使粒界層增厚而具強電性之鈦酸鋇晶粒減少。 在本實驗裹,陶瓷電容器的燒結溫度均在1350oC保持3小時,並側量各試樣之介電常數與頻率之關係。
- 英文摘要: Barium Titanium are generally used as dielectric material for capacitor.The Curie temperature of the pure Barium Titanium is 120oC. In thisstudy different ratio of Sr+2,Ca+2, Sn+2,zr+4, S1+4 are used as minor im-purities and doped into BaT1O3. In this cass, Sr+2, Ca+2 ions replace Ba+2ions of BaT1O3 and Sn+4, Zr+4, S1+4 ions replace T1+4 ion of BaT1O3. Sr,Sn and Zr ions shift the Curie temperature toward the low temperature re-gion due to the change of tetragonality and reduce the polarization ofBaT1O3. The Ca,and Sn ions has no any effect on Curie temperature butcan reduce the peak dielectric constant near the Curie temperature, becausethe Caand Sa ions substitution cause the paraelectric grain boundary in-crease and decrease the ferroelectric BaT1O3 grain region.
