- 中文摘要: 丙種干擾素(IFN- )及正常周邊血之單核球皆對 KB 細胞有抗細胞作用,即對 KB 細胞之 DNA 合成速率及細胞活力之百分比都減少 70-85%,但單獨使用 IFN- 或單核球,對 KB 細胞並沒有毒移作用,只是使其細胞活性滯留原狀而已。然而只 IFN- 及單核球兩者共同作用,才能有效的阻止 KB 細胞之生長。
- 英文摘要: Human interferon gamma (IFN- ) and normal peripheral blood monocytes had appreciable anti-cellular activities against KB cells such that in both cases, the rate of DNA synthesis, the number and per-cent viability of the cells were greatly reduced by 70-85% in about 3 days post-treatment. However, neitherIFN- nor monocyte alone was able to totally eliminate the tumor cells. Our results suggest that IFN- andmonocyte could effectively prevent the growth of residual tumor cells that would have escaped destructionwhen only one effector element was present.
