- 中文摘要: 本研究的目的以銓釋性研究法瞭解一位有經驗的國小科學教師的教學。所觀察之個案教師為師專語文組畢業,且具有4年之學經驗。除實地觀察教學外,同時錄影並訪談學校行政主管、教師本人及其學生。研究結果發現教師對科學的信念與其教學具一致性。教師對其所具之科學知識感到不自在時,將難於將其信念表現於實際教學中。有經驗之老師及行政主管之協助,對於一位老師專業之成長是非常重要的。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study was to understand an experienced elementary school teacher'sscience teaching. An interpretive research method was adopted. A literature major teacher withfour years teaching experience was selected, observed and videotaped. School administrators,teachers and students were interviewed. The findings of this study indicated that there was aconsistent relationship between the teacher's beliefs in science and her science teaching. However,when the teacher felt uncomfortable with her science knowledge, she had difficulties in putting herbeliefs into practice. Help from the experienced teachers and administrators were important for theteacher's professional development.
