試液在1977年10月20日分別處理於已完成營養生長之鳳梨植株,以未處理及單含溶媒、乳化
劑之試液(其濃度與有機矽化合物試液者同)處理者為對照比較。調查結果得知,?乙酸、有機
矽化合物以及溶媒等處理之鳳梨,其抽穗期、果實成熟期及平均果重均與無處理者一致,處理間
沒有顯著之差異;而電石處理者之抽穗期與成熟期較無處理者各提早32日及36日左右,每個果
實之平均果重則較無處理者減少293克。其果重減輕似是果實生育期間縮短及遇低溫乾燥所致。
另一研究之結果顯示,高濃度之有機矽化合物對於香蕉之催熟效果良好;其對鳳梨之產期調節未
有顯著之效果,可能與供試之濃度較低有關。
鳳梨之果實除電石處理者於1978年6月間成熟外,其他各處理均於同年7月間成熟。經分
析果7卞之糖度與酸度,求糖酸比結果,有機矽化合物No.294及No.329兩處理最高;No.
296、自然狀態及溶媒三處理者其次;?乙酸及電石兩處理果實之糖酸比則顯著最低。由此推論
,鳳梨果實之糖酸比顯然受到處理藥劑之直接影響,並非完全決定於果實生育期間之氣候環境。
電石或?乙酸處理會降低鳳梨果實之糖酸比,使品質變劣;相反地,有機矽化合物處理有顯著提
高果實糖酸比之趨勢,對於鳳梨品質之改善甚有助益,值得進一步之研究。之 - 英文摘要: The purpose of this experiment was to studythe effects of organosilicons, No.294, No.296and No.329 which were synthesized by Prof.S.L. Liu, National Taiwan University on matu-rity, yield and quality in comparison withcalcium carbide (CaC2), NAA and nontreatmentof the pineapple fruits. The chemicals wereapplied on pineapple plants of readiness forflower initiation in the morning on October 20,1977. Among nontreatment and treatments ofNAA, organosilicons and solvent (for preparingorganosilicon solutions), no significant differenceof fruit ripening time as well as fruit weightwas found. However, the ripening time andfruit weight of CaC2 treatment were about 36days eareier and 293 grams lighter than those ofnontreatment. The treatment of the sameorgansilicon compounds in higher concentrationsrevealed remarkable effect on hastening theripening of banana fruits in other experimentcarried out by our laboratory. Therefore, theresult showed that no effect on maturity ofpineapple by the application of organosilicons,might be due to the improper application ofconcentration in this experiment. The ratio of sugar content and acidity ofpineapple fruits were analyzed as well. Theresults showed that No.294 and No.329 > No.296, nontreatment and solvent > NAA and CaC2The results suggested that the ratio of sugar andacidity of pineapple juice was affected directlyby different chemicals, but not completely con-trolled by the weather conditions during theperiod of fruit development. Furthermore, thehigher ratio of sugar and acidity, the betterquality of pineapple fruit. The economicalvalue of organosilicons for promoting the qual-ity of pineapple fruits is worthy of further re-searches.
