- 英文摘要: Effects of oxygen transfer and liquid mixing on cultivations of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were investigated. A bubble column and airlift reactors with different net draft tubes were applied to provide different volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients and dispersion coefficients. Three experiments were carried out. A pair of experiments was under almost the same volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients but different dispersion coefficients. Another pair was under almost the same dispersion coefficients but different volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients. Experimental results showed that oxygen transfer effect had more influence on the cultivation than mixing effect in terms of characteristic times.
