由「化學共沉法」所製鋇磁體的結構與磁性

本文以「化學共沉法」(Chemical copredpitation method)製造鋇鐵氧磁體,並探討(l)鐵鹽與鋇鹽的比?,(2)溶 液的?性度,(3)取代鋇離子的種類與百分比,(4)沉澱物生成時的?度,(5)沉澱物的放置及熟成, (6)跟煆燒?度及時間,(7)成 型壓力,(8)外加磁場,(9)燒結?度及時間條件對鋇鐵氧磁體的晶體結構,磁性能及顯微構造的影響。 本實驗結果顯示最佳異方性磁性是在(1)〔Fe3+〕/〔Ba2+〕=1l.0,(2)?性度〔OH-〕/〔Fe3+〕=7.0,(3)20%Sr2+取代Ba2,(4)沈澱 物生成時的?度?室?,(5)沉澱物放置2小時熟成並經煮沸,(6)煆燒900°C4小時,(7)成型壓力1.5ton/cm2,(8)外加磁場5K.Oe ,(9)燒結1250°C 5分鐘等條件下得到(BH)max = 2.00MG?Oe 。最佳等方性磁性能是在(1 )?(5)與上列條件同,(6)不經煆燒 ,(7成型壓力1.5ton/cm2 , (8)不外加磁場,(9)一次燒成?度1250。C 2小時等條件下得到(BH) max = l .02 MG.Oe 。

Barium ferrites were prepared by a chemical coprecipitation method in which the effects of the following processing variables on the structural and magnetic properties of the ferrites had been investigated: (1) proportion of Fe3+ and Ba2+ , (2) alkalinity of aqueous solutions, (3) substitution for Ba2+ , (4) coprecipitation temperature, (5) aging temperature and time of coprecipitates, (6) calcining temperature an time, (7) compacting pressure, (8) external magnetic field, (9) sintering temperature and time. The best magnetic properties were obtained for an anisotropic Ba ferrite under the following manufacturing conditions: (1) [Fe3+]/[Ba2+] = 11.0, (2) [OH-]/[Fe3+] = 7.0, (3) substitution for Ba2 with 20% at. % of Sr2 , (4) coprecipitation temperature = 30蚓, (5) coprecipitates were aged for 2 hours and boiled before filtration, (6) calcination for 4 hours at 900蚓, (7) compacting pressure = 1.5 ton/cm2, (8) external magnetic field = 5KOe, (9) sinter for 5 minutes at 1250蚓; Br = 3.35KG, bHc = 1.40 KOe, (BH)max = 2.00 MGOe. The best magnetic properties were obtained for an isotropic Ba ferrite under the following conditions: (1) to (5) are the same as before, (6) no calcination, (7) compacting pressure = 1.5 ton/cm2, (8) no external magnetic field, (9) ferritization for 2 hours at 1250蚓; Br=2.00 KG, bHc = 1.72 KOe, (BH)max = 1.02 MGOe.
