玉米幼苗之生長勢與成株之產量具有顯著的相關性,然而幼苗生長勢雖為遺傳特性,?受生
長溫度及生育苗齡影響甚大。本研究利用水耕法於人工氣候室,進行不同溫度、苗齡處理,得知
溫度、苗齡對幼苗鮮重有極顯著之影響,而使用不同遺傳質之材料間亦有極顯著之差異,故利用
幼苗鮮重為指標,可有效的區別不同遺傳系統之幼苗生長勢,唯需注意生長溫度及取樣時期。
分析不同溫度、苗齡之效應,顯示在20℃以上及第二葉片至第三葉片完全展開之時期,各
遺傳系統、組合間差異較為顯著,於此種狀況下,加以選拔較為理想。再比較幼苗鮮重、種子百
粒重及種子發芽率三者間之相關,得知幼苗鮮重與種子百粒重間之相關性在各親本間不顯著,而
在F1各組合多達極顯著之正相關。幼苗鮮重與種子發芽軍,在各種基因型及不同環境下多無相
關性。種子百粒重與發芽率間之相關在親本及異接合轉座組合HT-1 (F1,不顯著,HT-2 (F1')
則表現顯著之正相關。s - 英文摘要: The seedling vigour was a genetic charact-ristic which correlated with grain-yield in corn.The seedling vigour was affected by temperaturesand developmental stages. Using hydroponicculture, seedlings grown under different temper-atures and developing stages had shown tobe greatly influenced by temperatures anddevelopmental stages. The genotypes of diffentcombinations have also shown to be significantlydiffent. We may be able to compare seedlingvigour of different genotypes by means ofseedling fresh weight, while the growing temp-erature and developmental stage should also betaken into consideration. It was shown that the best conditions forseedling vigour selection were when tempe-rature was higher than 20℃ and seedling wasat the 2nd to the 3rd leaf stage. The correlationbetween seedling fresh weight and 100 seedsweight was not significant in parental stocksand inbred lines. It was highly significant inHT-1 (F1) and HT-2 (F1') combinations inthe positive manner. The correlation betweenseedling fresh weight and germination rate wasnot significant in different genotypes and envir-onments. The correlation between 100 seedsweight and germination rate was not significantin parental stocks, inbred lines and F1 combin-ations, however, it was significantly positive inF1' combinations.
