- 中文摘要: 本研究採用企業文化塑造的觀點,探討台灣地區電工器材業中的本國企業、美資企業與日資企業,影響其組織內控制傳輸效果的相關因素。在抽取產業內463個有效樣本進行研究、分析與比較之後,發現工作職位特性與組織內的績效評估的配合,可以降低控制傳輸的扭曲現象。研究中同時也發現在三群樣本間確實存在著許多文化背景與管理實務上的差異,這些差異不僅直接影響了組織階層間控制傳輸效果,同時也顯示了「本土化」研究的必要性。
- 英文摘要: From the perspective of organizational culture formulation, we looked at factors affectingcontrol transmission effects which are built into an organization's structure. After analyzing463 samples from Chinese-, American- and Japanese-owned electric appliance companies, wefound that the distorted control transmission effect can be reduced through interaction betweenjob characteristics and organizational performance appraisal. However, culture- and management-related differences were found among the three subgroups. These differences not only affectthe transmission effect at the hierarchical level, but also highlight the imperative of localizedresearch.
