- 英文摘要: This paper deals with simulation of glutathione fed- batch fermentation using the neural network technique. With the objective of controlling substrate concentration, an on- line estimation algorithm employing a sliding window learning scheme was used to predict the substrate concentration so that the substrate could be controlled on line at the set point. The simulation demonstrated that the on- line control strategy was feasible.
