- 中文摘要: 利用三種植物生長調節劑-Paclobutrazol(PP-333)Maleic hydrazide Potassium Salt(MHPS)及好果丹精(SGF)處理臺南9號(TN-9)及臺南11號(TN-11)二種小粒品種之落花生。植物生長調節劑於田間分二個施藥期,即栽植75天(75DAP)及93天 (93 DAP),並於處理後二週,四週及採收時至田間取樣進行營養生長及生殖生長分析。結果顯示 PP-333500ppm 及1000ppm二種處理均能顯著地增加單位葉面積內葉綠素的含量,並經由縮短節間長度而使植株矮化,且處理對臺南11號品種的產量有時間上的效果,第二個施藥期較第一個施藥期為佳,並顯示有增產之趨勢。MHPS亦可增加葉片內葉綠素含量及矮化植株,惟在高濃度處理(4087ppm)葉片有黃化現象。MHPS 及SGF對於產量並無顯著的促進效果。
- 英文摘要: Plant growth regulators (PGR) Paclobutrazol (PP-333), Maleic hydrazide potassium salt (MHPS)and Spirit of Good Fruit (SGF) were applied to two commercial varieties of peanut (Arachis hypogaeaL.), TN-9, a Spanish-market type, and TN-11, another Spanish-market type, planted 27 January and 14February 1986, respectively. The PGRs were applied at two growth stages and evaluated at two datesin Taichung, Taiwan. The PGRs were first applied 93 and 75 days after planting (DAP) for TN-9 andTN-11, respectively and the second application was made two weeks after the first application at twoconcentrations for PP-333 and MHPS and a single concentration for SGF. PP-333 at 500 and 1000 ppmwas effective in reduction of peanut vegetative growth in terms of plant height and internode length aswell as in increasing leaf chlorophyll concentration. Dry weight of mature pods in TN-11 showed an appli-cation date effect, but was not significant in TN-9. For market quality of kernels, PP-333 at 1000 ppmincreased the number of empty shells and there was a trend for an increase in the percentage of ELK(extra large kernel) in TN-9. Maleic hydrazide also reduced peanut vegetative growth and node number,but was erratic in its effect on chlorophyll concentration. At the high concentration 4087 ppm of MHPSapplications, leaf chlorosis was observed, yield and market quality were not significantly affected. Spiritof Good Fruit did not affect yield or market quality, however, plant height and branch numbers werereduced in TN-11. Both increased chlorophyll concentration, and reduced vegetative growth, whichsupports the hypothesis that PGRs can avoid environmental stresses (water, temperature etc.) and alsosuggests higher planting density may be useful in achieving higher yield.
