本研究係利用電子鏡細胞化學方法,以觀察鑑別倉鼠睪丸 Leydig 氏細胞胞質內所含之各種顆粒。觀
察經β一甘油磷酸鹽處理後之組織,得知酸性磷酸酯?存在於部分質地不均勻,且電子密度高之顆粒,此即為
「溶素體」。另外,此反應亦顯示出「高基氏體-內質網-溶素體」系統(GERL System)之存在。其次,
觀察經二胺基聯苯胺處理後之組識,得知催化?之活性存在於胞質中質地均勻而電子密度低之顆粒,此即為「
過氧化?體」。本篇復就這兩種顆粒可能之功能加以討論。l - 英文摘要: Various types of cytoplasmic granules are present abundantly in testicular Leydig cells ofthe adult hamster. The identity of these granules was examined by electron microscopic andcytochemical techniques. After incubation with modified Gomori's medium for the demonstra-tion of acid phosphatase activity, some dense granules with heterogeneous content wereidentified as lysosomes, and GERL system (a specialized region of smooth EndoplasmicReticulum located at the inner aspect of the Golgi complex and is responsible for the productionof Lysosomes) was also demonstrated. After incubation in 3,3’-diaminobenzidine medium forthe demonstration of catalase activity, smaller and less dense granules with a homogeneousfine granular matrix were identified as peroxisomes.
