  率）搭配生黃豆（快蛋白質分解速率）的組合顯著高於其他各組（p<0.05）；周身纖毛原蟲數，以高熟玉米搭配熟黃
  豆（慢蛋白質分解速率）的處理組最高（p<0.05）；局部纖毛原蟲數與總原蟲數，則以高熟玉米搭配生黃豆的處理組
  最高（p<0.05）。而微生物蛋白質的合成量上，生黃豆處理組顯著高於熟黃豆者（p<0.05），並以生黃豆搭配中熟玉
  米（中澱粉分解速率）處理組最高。

• 英文摘要： Six ruminal and duodenal cannulated Taiwan native goats (body weight＝20kg) were fed 35% rough-age, 65％ concentrate diet (crude protein＝9.5％) in a 6x6 Latin square design to study the effect of thecombination of 3 varying starch (corn) and 2 varying protein (soybeans) ruminal degradation rates onruminal microbial density and ruminal nutrient digestibilities. Goats in treatment consisting of both rapid starch and protein ruminal degradation rates had highertotal bacterial and protozoal numbers than did those in other treatments (p＜0.05). The combination ofrapid starch degradation rate and slow protein degradation rate supported the highest numbers of Holotrichswhereas the combination of both rapid starch and protein degradation rate supported the highest numbersof Entodiniomorphs. Ruminal starch digestibilities were higher for treatment diets with autoclaved corn than for thosewith raw corn whereas ruminal digestibility of protein was greater in diets with raw soybeans than in thosewith heated ones. Higher neutral detergent fiber digestibilities in the rumen were found with the raw cornrations and the raw soybean rations.
