- 英文摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the human can-cers clearly linked to viral infections. Although the majorrisk factors for HCC development have been elucidated,the hepatocellular carcinogenesis pathway resulting inmalignant transformation of liver cells remains to beclarified.Recently, some results of microarray and com-parative genomic hybridization analysis have been pro-vided as comprehensive studies of genomic instability inHCC, including mutation,deletion and DNA copy losses.In this work, the full一length cDNA library has been con-structed and sequenced,and the sequencing resultshave been further clustered and analyzed.The resultsshow that 1,342 genes have been found,and about 300of these genes may be important in e.g.cell proliferation,DNA repair and apoptosis.After further analysis of DNAsequences, the deletion genotypes of at least 24 geneshave been found.However, the functional changes ofthese deletion mutants and their significance in hepato-cellular carcinogenesis remain to be clarified.This re-search may be one of the best to obtain the candidategenes for hepatocellular carcinogenesis.
