• 中文摘要： 本文檢視在台灣社會快速發展的過程中，夫妻間教育與階級的分組配對模式。社會地位與階級分組配對的強弱顯示社會結構的開放與封閉程度。本研究提出一系列包括對數線性與對數相乘參數的模型來分析台灣男女分組配對婚姻的變遷趨勢。分析的結果顯示夫妻間教育程度的差距有縮小的趨勢，但是夫妻間教育的關連性卻有減弱的趨勢。一般而言，一個人要與一個與他（她）教育程度差距愈大的人結婚，愈形困難。而且，不同教育程度間差距的大小也不一樣。資料也顯示出，台灣的社會與經濟發展降低了相同教育酩對的比率。階級分組配對的分析發現台灣夫妻間階級的關連性呈正相關。白領階級與藍領階級的鴻溝很大。農業與非農業階級的藩籬也非常明顯。農業階級有最高階級內婚的比率；而白領階級與不同階級人士結婚的比率最大。夫妻間階級的關連性有相同的刻度距離。
• 英文摘要： This study examines the matching of spouses' educational attainment and class in Taiwan. A seriesof models with a combination of log-linear and log-multiplicative parameters are used to analyze the cohortchange of educational assortative marriage in Taiwan. The results show that the gap between husbands'and wives' educational attainment appears to be narrowing, and the association between husbands' andwives' educational attainment is also declining. In general, it is becoming more difficult for a person tomarry farther across educational levels, and the gaps between ,different educational levels are not the same.The results indicate that social and economic development reduce the chance of educational homogamy.The analysis of class assortative marriage obtains the following results. First, the association between wives'and husbands' classes is positive. Second, the gap between nonmanual and manual classes is substantial,and the boundary of farm and nonfarm classes is salient. In addition, the farm class has the highest degreeof class homogamy, and the routine nonmanual class has the highest degree of class inconsistency betweenspouses. Finally, the associations between wives' and husbands' social classes present similar scaling distancesbetween classes.
