- 中文摘要: 使用水稻20個品種,以三種氮肥 (N=0, N=17g, N=34g)處理,播種於生長箱(25 C,日照10小時),在苗齡約7葉時,調查秧苗特性之變異,並在移植後15日調查秧苗成活情形,結果如下: 發現秧黃之特性,葉面積、苗重、苗高、苗重/苗高、地上部含氮量、碳水化合物,在品種間、肥料間及品種×肥料交惑作用均呈顯著水準。移植後15日調查新發根數、發根長、枯死葉數、新葉數也得同樣之顯著結果。所調查之性狀在三個肥料處理均發現品種間之類似係數(遺傳率)均很大,認為秧苗待性之遺傳因子型的判別容易實施,同時其實施之環境有較寬之寬容度。秧苗特性與移植後之成活特性間之相關關係,除重肥 (N=34g) 者外,均呈顯著相關性。
- 英文摘要: Twenty cultivars of rice were seeded ingrowth chamber with three levels of nitrogenfertilizer under 10-hour light and 25 C. Thecharacters of seedling were studied at 7th leafstage and on the 15th day after transplanting. Results showed that seedling charactersof leaf area,seedling weight, seedling height,seedling weight/height ratio, and above groundnitrogen and carbonhydrate contents were signi-ficantly different among cultivars, fertilities andthe interaction of cultivar x fertility. Numberof regenerated roots, root length, number ofdead leaves, number of leaves on the 15th dayafter transplanting also showed the same signi-ficance. All characters studied under three nitrogenlevels had high heritabilities indicating that thegenotype of seedling characters could easily bedistinguished. In all except the heaviest nitrogenlevel (N=34g), a significant correlation wasfound between surviving rates of seedlings andthose plants on the 15th day after transplanting.
