- 中文摘要: 分析在臺灣西北部生成之三個大對流雲系雷達回波誘致強雨系之個案,並研討組織性對流系之中氣象結構。 1983年2月2日通過臺灣之鋒面系中氣象結構,使用臺灣中部WSR-74C雷達資料作分析研究。鋒面通過桃園台地及嘉義附近之臺灣山脈西斜面時,鋒面系中雷達回波急激發展。此發展雷達回波中之降水強度達每小時20毫米,此種急激發展對流回波系之生命史約3小時。此組織性雷達回波系之發展,是900至600毫巴之對流不穩定層,受鋒面及臺灣山地之強迫舉升所引起。 1983年7月17日及26日觀測到組織性雷達回波系,其生命史約為4至6小時。早晨之探空資料顯示,對流發展有利條件,但下午之組織性大回波系之發展可能為下層大氣之輻合氣流所引起。此輻合氣流是臺灣山脈之繞山氣流於臺灣西北部生成東北風,與臺灣山脈西岸之南風系所引起。
- 英文摘要: The mesoscale structure of frontal systems which passed through Taiwan on Feb.2,1983 has beenanalysed by using the WSR-74S radar located in central Taiwan. Some echoes associated with frontal sys-tern could grow rapidly when front passed through the mountain area near Tao-Yuan elevation and south-western mountain slope near Chia-I. Rainfall intensity reaching 20 mm/hour has been recorded. The ra-pidly developed convective echo system lasted for about 3 hours. Strong convective unstable layer in the900-600 mb layer and possibly forced ascent due to front and terrain were the main mechanisms behindthis organized radar echo system. Organized radar echo systems were found on July 17 and 26,1983. These two summer systemscould persist for about 4-6 hours while they propagated into Taiwan channel. Morning soundings showedfavorable condition for convection to take place. However, large echo systems occurred in late afternoonpresumably organized by low level convergence. This convergence was produced by the south-easterly windon the eastern side of island which flowed around mountain range in northwestern Taiwan and southerlywind on the west side of island.
