- 中文摘要: The study focuses on the reconstruction of power ecology for teacher's council in schools and helps it to improve the function. The study uses the perspective of power legitimacy to investigate the reconstruction of power ecology for teacher's council in schools. And the study uses investigative approach, interview approach as the research methods to probe the reconstruction of power ecology of teacher's council in schools. This study completes all the questions of the purpose by survey and interview. First, for survey, the sample is 495 schools in Taipei area (Taipei City and Taipei County). The schools of the sample include high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools. The study selects 1520 questionnaires of 84 schools by multiple-stage sampling approach to analyze the data and 772 questionnaires are effective as the basis of the statistical test. Second, for interview, the select 9 persons of 3 schools, which include the principal, a committee member and a non-committee member of a high school, a junior school, and an elementary school.
- 英文摘要: 本文旨在探索優質的教評會權力生態模式。學校教評會的運作植基於授權賦能哲學,強調其在促進學校革新的功能,而且學校革新因素包括學校組織學習、學校本位管理、學校公共關係發展及學校效能。但是教評會運作後,卻可能出現教評會委員代表性不足、校長與教評會委員意見不一、教評會委員互動不良、教評會決議無法獲得教師會認同、教評會決議無法獲得家長會認同等問題,它們皆導致教評會運作權力正當性的不足,進而阻礙教評會促進學校革新的功能。因此本研究探索以權力正當性重建教評會權力生態的可行性。為了驗證此理論,本研究採調查研究法,輔以訪談法,作為完成本研究之方法。本研究以大臺北地區的高中、國中、小學495所學校為樣本,以多階段取樣法抽取84所學校的1520個受試者,進行調查研究,結果以772份有效問卷作為調查分析的基礎。同時本研究訪談大臺北地區三所國民中學的校長、教師,共9位,資料所得作為輔助量化資料詮釋的基礎。
