- 中文摘要: 大部份傳統的鬼影消除方法是採用適應性信號處理(Adaptive Signal Processing)技術,所以在電視訊號中必需插入訓練序列(training sequence)。雖然這種方法的確可獲致不錯的結果,但卻使電視系統複雜。由於高畫質電視(HDTV)以數位信號傳輸,所以許多數位信號處理技術可以應用在其中。在本論文中,我們以盲目等化器來達成高畫質電視的鬼影消除,使用這種技術的最大好處是系統不需要訓練序列而能自行收歛。這使得傳輸系統簡化。盲目等化器的基本縯算法類似於適應信號處理器,而此種簡單的架構使硬體易於實現。我們同時建議一些加速盲目等化器收歛的方法。
- 英文摘要: Most of the traditional ghost cancellation schemes use the adaptive signal processing technique. Therefore,it is necessary to interleave training sequences in the TV signal. Although this method can yield good results,it complicates the TV transmission system. As the transmission signal in HDTV is digital, many digital processingtechniques can be applied. In this paper, we propose the use of a blind equalizer in an HDTV system for ghostcancellation The biggest advantage of using this scheme is that the equalizer can be self-convergent without trainingsequences. This simplifies the HDTV transmission system. The basic algorithm of a blind equalizer is similarto that of an adaptive signal processor. The simple structure of the algorithm makes hardware implementationpossible. We also suggest employing a self-orthogonizing scheme that can improve the convergent rate of theblind equalizer. Simulations show that our approach is feasible, and that the improvement of the convergent rateis significant.
