- 中文摘要: 本文以數值方法模擬不可壓縮非牛頓流體通過非圓流道之黏滯等溫流動。並以作者所發展出之三維有限元素法軟體作為流動分析之工具,此等軟體亦可處理相當範圍之雷諾數。吾人解出在正方形管內及收縮擴張模具內之流場。同時並包含在進口區與全展區內之壓力場與速度場之分配。此等結果使吾人可深入了解在複雜流道內之三維流場特性。同時本文之計算結果並與其他數值方法及牛頓流體實驗結果互相比較,並發現以「二十點磚塊式」元索可以有效執行三維流動模擬,雖然此等元索並不滿足Babuska-Brezzi之相容條件。
- 英文摘要: The laminar entrance flow of incompressible viscous non-Newtonian fluids through complex geometry is analyzed. The three-dimensional finite element code developed by the author is used for the flow analysis purpose. This code is capable of simulating laminar flow over a wide range of Reynolds number. Solutions are obtained for laminar flow in a square duct and a converging-diverging die. Results are presented for the velocity and the pressure distributions in both the entrance region and the fully developed region. The results provide new insight into the true three-dimensional character of the flow field. Comparisons made with previous numerical and experimental works of Newtonian fluids demonstrate the economy of serendipity element for 3-D flow simulation; though the serendipity element does not satisfy the Babuska-Brezzi compatibility condition.
