- 中文摘要: 本文係報導民國62年5月至64年6月共六航次(包括臺灣東部湧升流區及臺灣西岸與北岸區海域)分析由0, 3,10,20,50,?5,100及150公尺深之海水,含葉綠葉甲以及使用同位素碳十四測定基礎生產力(至於該海域之水文及營養鹽情形已另有專文報導,此不另述)“分析結果發現,八月及十二月間基礎生產力在西岸貝類養殖區(01.0210.09gC/m2/day)及北岸基隆八斗子垃圾填海附近(約1.08g C/m2/day)較高,然而三月至六月則貝類養殖區下降至0.50~0.68 g C/m2/day。在東南沼海湧升流區之基礎生產力最低,僅0.07 g C/m2/day,葉綠素甲之含量亦與基礎生產力分析結果相似,最高值大都出現在北部海岸(約60 mg/m2),在南部海域最低僅達20 mg/ml“由這些分析結果,本文亦曾討論其最大光合作用速率。
- 英文摘要: The tank method of radioactive carbon technique was used to measurethe primary productivity in the Kuroshio current around Taiwan Island inthe cruises during May 22 to 25 and August 14 to 18, 1973, August 7 to 10and December 9 to 11,1974, March 1 to. 3 and June 11 to 14, 1975. The highvalues of daily primary production were found in both the aquaculturalarea (about 1.0210.09 gC/m2/day) at the western coast and the raw rubbishheaps pollution (about 1.08 gC/m2/day) at Keelung-Patoutzu coast: In theupwelling region of south-eastern coast, the low values of primary produc-tion (as 0.07 gC/m2/day) were observed. Chlorophyll a is one of importantfactors which deeply influence the primary production. In the normal case,a high concentration of chlorophyll a would give a high value of primaryproduction. Generally, the high concentrations of chlorophyll a (about 60Mg/M2) were obtained in the north and low concentrations (about 20 mg/m2) were found in the south. In the eastern coast, the rate of photosyn-thesis by unit amount of chlorophyll a under the saturated light was in therange of 1.210.2 mgC/mg chlorophyll a/hr. Some discussions have been madeon their experimental results.
