- 中文摘要: 本文介紹一種新的方法修正光學系統透鏡的偏心和傾斜。這個方法使用兩片直紋式的Ronchi ruling。當進行修正的工作時,一片Ronchi ruling經過待修正的透鏡成像在另一片Ronchi ruling上產生疊紋,然後透鏡被轉動和調整,直到疊紋在透鏡轉動中靜止下來時為止。當疊紋在透鏡轉動中靜止下來時,透鏡的偏心和傾斜就同時被修正。這個方法利用了高靈敏度的疊紋技術,比一般修正透鏡偏心和傾斜的方法更方便而且精確。
- 英文摘要: The correction of decentration and tilt is a very important procedure in setting up a precise opticalsystem. They can seriously influence the performance of the optical system. The conventional methodsfor correcting the decentration and tilt are to use the collimator technique, but they are neither precisenor convenient. In this paper we suggest a new method for correction. Two linear Ronchi rulings are usedand one is imaged onto the other through the lens to be corrected to generate the moire pattern. Theadvantages of having high sensitivity of the moire fringes are used. The misaligned lens is rotated andadjusted until the moire pattern remains stationary during the rotation. When the moire pattern remainsstationary during the rotation, both the decentration and tilt of the lens are corrected simultaneously.The correction procedure, sensitivity, and accuracy of the method are discussed.
