- 中文摘要: 本文嘗試發展一套可以模擬含任何使用者定義元件的電路模擬器。因為精確的電路模擬,必須有精確的元件模型或建構方塊模型,而修改模型最有效的方法,就是修改模型的原始程式。我們已發展出一個環境,讓使用者只需修改元件模型的副程式,再與主程式編譯,就可做任何電路元件的模擬。我們不但介紹了加入自定元件模型的方法外,也介紹了電路模擬器的製作細節。最後我們也發展一個簡單的非晶矽薄膜電晶體的元件模型,模型值與實驗值相比,極為相近。接著我們模擬了反相器,來證明我們的電路模擬器,可以模擬非晶矽薄膜電晶體電路,所以這個模擬器可供我們設計複雜非晶矽薄膜電晶體的積體電路。
- 英文摘要: We developed a circuit simulator capable of simulating circuits including any user-defined devices.Among various methods of implementing a device model into a circuit simulator, modifying the sourceprogram is the most powerful one. We have developed an environment for users to implement their devicemodel with modifying of the device subroutine. This device subroutine serves as a window to put intotheir model. After compiling the subroutine, we can simulate circuits including any user-defined devices.We introduce not only the methodology for users to implement their models, but also the detailedimplementation of a circuit simulator. We also developed a simple device model for an amorphous siliconthin-film transistor. The developed analytical model is in good agreement with experimental data. Aninverter simulation has been studied to show that our circuit simulator is capable of simulating circuitsincluding a-Si TFTs. Therefore, the circuit simulator can provide an environment in which to simulatemore complex integrated circuits including a-Si TFTs.
